Simon Flesser worked as an artist at Southend Interactive. He designed the characters featured in ilomilo and plays ukulele, harmonica and kazoo on the soundtrack to the puzzle game for Xbox Live Arcade and Windows Phone 7. More recently he has founded his own independent game studio called Simogo.

Simogo’s first game publication was Kosmo Spin, released in December of 2010 for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. Bumpy Road followed in May of 2010, released for the same iOS devices. Two free updates, The Autumn Years and Sunday Trip Deluxe, have since been released, expanding on the scope of the casual game.

On Songs we heard in ilomilo, the musician adds wind instruments and brief retro game system accompaniment to his arrangement of “music school.”
